How long does it take to recover from wisdom tooth removal?

Wisdom tooth surgery recovery time varies from person to person. This variation can make it hard to provide definite answer for each person but some factors that affect recovery time are:

1.   Surgical nature of extraction

2.   Bone removal if needed

3.   Gum cutting

4.   Your biology response to surgery

Usually, you can expect soreness for the first 3 days that then tapers off and by the one week make you should be getting back to normal eating and feeling.
